About Lida Huss

Lida Huss has spent more than 35 years perfecting the art of baking and cake decorating. Born in 1962, she has carried a lifelong passion for her craft and has built her career on creativity, precision, and dedication. In 1996, on the 5th of October, she competed in the Norwegian Championship in pastry arts and placed 4th. She also earned a diploma from Wilton for handmade gum paste flowers and cake decorating.

After many years running a bakery in the United States, Lida has now finally had the opportunity to open her own place again in Norway. Over the past three months, she has personally spent countless hours remodeling the store and building the brand identity from the ground up. Her work reflects her strong attention to detail, her hard work, and her wish to create cakes that bring joy, beauty, and a memorable experience to every customer.
